Today's the day the teddy bears HAD their picnic

Thanks to Reading Museum for hosting and creating a fab morning in the park today.

My little and I accompanied several other mums and littles and ventured to Forbury Gardens, for some bear filled fun in central Reading.

A really kind greeting team made us feel welcome before offering us a choice of hats and crafts to make. Even my very little had a good go at the crayons. Shortly after he was proudly parading a teddy bear hat.

We were welcomed into story time, where we were happy to listen to "We're going on a bear hunt" with lots of other littles. We love that one!

The rain made this a quick adventure. We retreated into the bandstand for a little picnic before diving into Reading Museum for a quiet coffee and warm up.

I have a grubby, happy and chirpy little who has enjoyed a great morning and refreshing long nap! For the tiny cost of £1., we are most grateful.
